No. I'm assuming you are referring to the CSPA charge when sending a mail in-game, which can be set to 0 within the mail settings (open mail, press the options button in the top left, open Settings).

The reason this option is here is to prevent spam by bots, however most players have set the charge to 0. You can also increase the default price.

You do realize if your willing to just plop down money for entertainment you can buy plex then sell it for isk.
Then take your isk and just buy a already trained character, bypas the whole waiting period altogether.

To the OP, don't fret so much about needing multiple accounts and having to get into the big ships. I only have one account (well aside from this one lol) and I get by just fine with my three characters on it. It will likely take me a long time to get the ISK needed for the really big ships (or I could just PLEX it), not to mention the training time, but in the meantime I have my corp and alliance I belong to and I am very happy with them.

Of course I cannot name them for reasons, but I would highly recommend to the OP that you find a similar corp and alliance, one with a strong sense of community and willingness to help out all players that join them, new and old alike. Before you know it, you'll be having so much fun in the roles you can offer your corp & alliance, plus gradually expanding your ability, that you'll forget about the "mad rush to the top" until you happen to check the requirements for something and simply smile, "Oh, I can fly that now? Cool! Hey guys...."

That is why I love this game.

Most new players leave. This is simply due to the nature of EVE. The ones who stay tend to stay for a very very long time.

Think of it this way.


Youll want to pay the $30 per account for at least three months of time.

In those three months youll want to focus on some money making activities. Get into a corp with good PI locations, get into a Navy Vexor or Ishtar or other well known isk farmer....

Then once your three months is up judge your ability to farm around 1bil a month with enough left over to play.

If you think its not going to happen then lop another $30 per account. By six months you should be able to farm the game for free.

Realistically. Getting out of high sec, into low sec FW and or null sec / WH farming should be a priority....within three months specializing into a ratting ship making that one bill should take a matter of a day or two, leaving around a full month to farm for playing.


Its that first couple months where your just going to have a awful time if you expect to farm a PLEX...give it some time and it wont be that much money....and you probably wont want to do it out in high sec alone.

People put far too much value on their money with gaming, if you can get a good three months of entertainment for $30 that's not bad at all compared to other forms of entertainment. You don't need 6 accounts to enjoy the game. One will do, two is nice.

It is quite simply not at all important whether or not you get to fly loads of accounts at once. Eve costs are fine, and i think i'm right in saying that CCP will be making some changes to the multiboxing (keystroke cloning) rules to actually try to prevent people from doing what you are talking about doing. I firmly agree with this course of action and consider players like you to be one of the most irritating parts of the game .

I think the vast majority of established players would prefer the eve community to grow slowly with decent players than get cheaper and be flooded with thousands of l33t kids like almost every other unplayable MMO.

OP please consider just leaving the game alone and changing your tactics instead of trying to ruin the game to fit your PvE loving single player playstyle.

They don't have any issue with running multiple accounts, long as you aren't keystroke cloning. For the size of "Ball" you're talking about you would require keystroke cloning software which as of 4 days ago is against that EULA you were just rubbing in my face so confidently.
